The tradeshow booth designs were updated as a part of HCA's effort to establish its distinct voice within its own network of markets and divisions. The tradeshow experiences were informed by
the rebrand of HCA corporate and creation of the brand for physicians, a line of materials and messaging exclusively for physicians.
Through research we found that while attending conferences physicians are often with colleagues and may not want those colleagues to know that they are in search of a new job. We used this knowledge to design the booths with open, inviting structures and used the panels to give passersby quick take aways. We created a balance in the space by providing areas for causal learning and intentional conversation. On the larger structures we created an interactive map experience to act as a tool for lead capture and/or general learning about the HCA network.
